We use storytelling, writing and creative expression to amplify refugee and host-community voices, build understanding and inspire social change.
English for Impact
Building communication and confidence among refugee and host-community youth. Since 2025, the programme has reached 46 learners.
VORM Book Club
A monthly peer-learning and reading space where young people exchange ideas, build confidence and find a space for reflection and healing.
Displaced Writers & Publishing
Supporting refugee writers to develop, document and publish stories rooted in displacement, identity, belonging and community.
Creative Advocacy Programme
Using poetry, drama, film and other creative forms to engage communities and advocate for issues affecting refugees and host communities.
Digital Innovation
We equip young people with digital, technology and AI skills that expand their opportunities and enable them to create solutions for their communities.
Computer Literacy Training
Introducing young people to essential digital skills through community-based access to our computer lab. Since 2025, 35+ learners have participated.
Innovation & Exposure Visits
Connecting young people to innovation spaces and ecosystems. Through our SoCreative project supported by the British Council, learners visited Makerere UniPod.
AI Fluency & Ethical Usage
Helping young people understand and responsibly use AI as a tool for learning, creativity, work and community problem-solving.
Multimedia
We use film, television, photography, audio and digital media to produce content that informs, influences and creates change.
VORM Media Hub
A creative space where young people access equipment, mentorship and practical opportunities to develop media and production skills.
VORM Productions
Producing films, documentaries, photography, interviews and other multimedia stories that bring community experiences to wider audiences.
VORM TV Project
Developing a refugee-led digital television platform that gives young people a space to create, present and distribute community-centred programming.
